Plant Hall at the University of Tampa. This was built as the luxurious Tampa Hotel by Henry Plant in the 1880’s and served as the launching point for Theodore Roosevelt and his Rough Riders going to Cuba. The walkway leads to a park area on the Hillsborough River.
